Not keeping a particularly low profile

I know some people have been wondering whether this whole leaving the country and staying out of sight and seeing the world has been a glamorous cover for some kind of large scale cosmetic surgery. I haven’t had a nosejob and I don’t need to invoke a deity to prove it.
